Charming and chic, Rosa Alteais located in a sought after area in the Baix Emporda. Leading out from the kitchen there is a terrace with an awning, furnished with table and chairs, a perfect place to enjoy any meal. And just a few steps away, in the garden there is another area located under a pergola to eat . Few steps down, another pergola with flowers and plants which provides ample shade and is a good place to relax. A few more steps lead down to the wonderful garden, the pool with a salt water system, where you also find lounge chairs for sunbathing; a fun and comfortable chill-out. In the garden there is a lemon tree with lots of lemons that can be used if you wish.

Entering by the front door, one is greeted by a large entrance hall. To the right, the stairs take you up to the first floor bedrooms, a parlour with TV, sofas, fireplace and a ceiling fan. To the left you enter the kitchen.

The entrance hall leads on to the downstairs living room, and with its Catalan vaulted ceilings, it is very cosy and comfortable, complete with TV (Spanish channels) and DVD player, and leading on to a downstairs bedroom suite with dressing room which has its own door to the garden. Just off the entrance hall, one also finds a small laundry area which includes an extra fridge for drinks and a small wash room with toilet and shower.
